Verbal reservations will be held for 7 days, pending
receipt of your deposit. |
| 2. |
All bookings require a deposit of £10.00 per
person which will be deducted from the final balance,
payable by cheque or credit card. |

For reservations of four nights
or more a 25% pre-payment is also required no later than
one month prior to arrival. This will be deducted from
the final balance. |
| 4. |
In the case of cancellation
of a confirmed booking, the deposit and prepayment
are non-returnable. Should you need to cancel, we
will do all we can to reschedule your dates and
/ or to re-book the spaces, but for late cancellations,
especially within 48hours of arrival, the full amount
is payable. We do advise our guests to take out
cancellation insurance. |

On the day of arrival, rooms are
available from 4pm - an earlier time can be arranged
at the time of booking. On the day of departure,
checkout time is 11am at the latest. |

The
final balance may be paid by cash, cheque or credit card.
We accept these credit cards:
Euros accepted by prior arrangement. |
Please
note that payment by cheque is limited to the valid amount
on your cheque guarantee card.
